Abstract hourglass shapes poster in pink and yellow

Three narrow waists in a single image

Coral pink, acid yellow and ivory form three very tall silhouettes. Each narrows above the middle before widening again, recalling an hourglass without depicting an object resting on a table. Black separates the columns and makes their sloping edges clearer. The flat colours reach the edges, so the silhouettes appear larger than the frame.

This abstract hourglass poster draws its movement from the repeated narrow points, not an illusion of depth. The three colours run side by side but carry different visual weights: yellow lights up the whole, pink adds warmth and ivory offers a pause.

A broad rhythm for uncluttered spaces

In a living room with light walls, the black divisions give the composition a firm presence. Near a desk, its large vertical lines can introduce movement without scattering your attention among details. It works particularly well when nearby objects remain simple and leave the shapes free to express their full height.

The appeal lies in these three parallel gestures: a graphic idea that reads immediately, followed by differences in colour and angle that reveal themselves more slowly.

The silhouettes are not exactly alike. One sloping edge is a little tauter, another opens its light area more widely, and black redraws each separation. This variation keeps repetition from becoming mechanical. Rather than three copies of the same hourglass, you see three related forms moving together, each with its own span within the frame.
