Return and Refund Policy
We want every Art Virtuoso customer to order with confidence. Return conditions depend on the delivery country so that the policy remains clear, realistic and consistent with local requirements.
France, European Union, United Kingdom and Europe
For orders shipped to France, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Ireland and other available European destinations, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery, provided that the item is unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Please contact support@art-virtuoso.com before sending anything back. We will confirm the correct return instructions for your country. The United Kingdom is handled through our European delivery, customer service and returns process.
United States and Canada
For orders shipped to the United States or Canada, we accept returns, replacements or refunds only when the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the order.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, taste preference, size preference, customer selection error, or because the artwork does not suit the room. Canvas prints shipped to the United States are made in the USA whenever available.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@art-virtuoso.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once the issue is reviewed, we will offer the appropriate solution: replacement, approved return, or refund.
Return Shipping
Do not send any product back without prior approval. For approved returns related to a confirmed defect, error, or non-conformity, we will provide the appropriate return instructions by email. For European returns that are not related to a defect, applicable conditions and costs will be confirmed before the item is sent back.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, digital downloads, items that have been used or damaged after delivery, and items returned after the allowed window cannot be returned. Custom or specially requested creations may also be excluded from return unless they are defective, incorrect or non-conforming.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need several business days to display the refund.
