These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made on https://art-virtuoso.com. They should be read together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products

Art Virtuoso sells wall art, including canvas prints, posters and reproductions. Product descriptions, sizes, prices and availability are displayed on each product page and may change over time.

Orders and Payment

An order is confirmed once payment has been accepted and an order confirmation email has been sent. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of error, suspected fraud, payment issue, incorrect information or operational limitation.

Shipping

Shipping terms depend on the destination shown at checkout. Orders shipped to the United States are made in the USA whenever available. Orders shipped to the United Kingdom and other English-speaking European destinations are handled under our European shipping process.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy. Please contact support@art-virtuoso.com before sending any item back.
