Art Virtuoso ships wall art to France, Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and other available destinations shown at checkout. Delivery options and final delivery times are confirmed during checkout.

Production and Dispatch

Most orders are prepared and dispatched within a few business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 7 to 8 business days, depending on the destination, carrier workload, customs processing where applicable, and seasonal demand.

United States

Canvas prints shipped to the United States are made in the USA whenever available. This helps reduce transit time and provides a smoother delivery experience for US customers.

Canada

Orders shipped to Canada are delivered according to the options available at checkout. For Canadian returns and refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy: returns are accepted only when the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the order.

United Kingdom and Europe

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom, Ireland and other available European destinations are handled through our European shipping process. For customer service purposes, the United Kingdom is treated as part of our European shipping area.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free for eligible destinations shown on the store. If a paid shipping option applies to a specific order or country, the amount will be displayed before payment.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email when tracking is available. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.
