Why shop with Art Virtuoso?
Art Virtuoso offers art reproductions and original designs printed in high definition on canvas and mounted on wooden stretcher frames. Each canvas print is made to order in a workshop suited to the delivery destination. The specifications and available sizes are listed on each product page. Free delivery is available subject to the destination and the conditions shown on the store.

Where are your canvas prints made?
Our canvas prints are made to order by specialist printing workshops, in Europe or near the delivery destination, depending on the country. For European destinations covered by the 30-day return guarantee, the production location does not determine the return address; a return may need to be sent to France. The image is printed in high definition on canvas, which is then mounted on a wooden stretcher frame.

How do I place an order?
Choose the artwork you like, select one of the sizes available on its product page, add it to your basket and follow the checkout steps. You will receive an order confirmation by email. If you need help, our customer service team is available at support@art-virtuoso.com.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, cancellations or changes are possible before dispatch. Contact us promptly at support@art-virtuoso.com. Once production has started, we will do our best to help.

What sizes do you offer?
The available dimensions and formats vary by artwork and product. Check the dimensions shown on the product page and its size guide: these correspond to the options you can order. Depending on the design, prints may be landscape, portrait or square.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Art Virtuoso gift cards are available in several amounts. They are an ideal way to give someone a work of art while letting them choose their favourite.

Delivery

How long does delivery take, and what does it cost?
Standard delivery is free for eligible destinations shown on the store. After preparation and dispatch, delivery generally takes 7 to 8 business days, depending on the destination, carrier and any customs checks. Delivery options and times are confirmed at checkout. Free initial delivery does not mean that returns are free: please see our Refund Policy.

Do you deliver outside France?
Yes, we deliver to the destinations available at checkout. Delivery options and any shipping charges are shown before payment; please see our Shipping Policy.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Use the link provided to follow your parcel’s progress in real time.

What should I do if there is a delivery problem?
If your parcel is damaged, lost or delayed, contact our customer service team immediately at support@art-virtuoso.com. We will find a prompt solution, such as a replacement shipment, refund or compensation.

Products and Returns

Will the colours match the images on the website?
Our prints faithfully reproduce the colours of the original artwork. Slight differences may occur depending on your screen’s calibration. You can read the customer reviews displayed on our store to learn about other customers’ experiences.

My canvas print is too large or too small. What can I do?
Use the product page’s size guide to choose the right format for your wall. If the print you receive matches the size you ordered but does not suit your space, the change-of-mind return conditions for your country apply. If the size received differs from the one ordered, contact support@art-virtuoso.com: this is an issue of non-conformity. Please see our Refund Policy.

What should I do if the product has a defect?
Email photos of the defect to support@art-virtuoso.com. We will help you arrange a replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost.

What is your return policy?
For orders delivered to France, the European Union, the United Kingdom and other available European destinations, you have 30 days after delivery to request a return if the item does not suit you, subject to our Refund Policy. Art Virtuoso covers return shipping from the European Union. From European countries outside the EU, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the customer pays the direct cost of return shipping and any customs charges associated with the return, but only where they are actually payable and may legally be charged to the customer, with supporting documentation and no markup. The customer does not bear these costs for defects, non-conformity, incorrect items or delivery problems in these European destinations. A return may need to be sent to France even if the item was produced locally: contact support@art-virtuoso.com before shipping. The specific conditions for the United States and Canada are unchanged: returns remain limited to damaged, defective, incorrect or non-conforming items. Your statutory rights remain protected. Payment and Security

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna instalment payments. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Can I pay in instalments?
When Klarna is offered at checkout, you can choose from the payment options available for your country and order, subject to eligibility. The number of instalments and any fees are shown before you confirm your choice.

Is my personal information protected?
Yes, our website uses HTTPS and SSL encryption to secure all your transactions. We do not store your bank details.

Decorating and Care

How do I choose the right canvas size for my wall?
As a general guide, a print above a sofa should be around two-thirds to three-quarters of the sofa’s width. Leave at least approximately 20 cm on each side. Portrait formats work well in hallways. See the size guide on each product page.

How do I hang my canvas print?
Our stretched canvas prints come with mounting hardware. Choose wall fixings suitable for the weight of the print and your wall type. For a comfortable viewing height, position the centre of the artwork at eye level, approximately 150 cm above the floor.

How do I care for my canvas print?
Dust it regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and very humid rooms to help preserve the canvas and its colours.
