Multicoloured circles, luminous gradients and warm swirling forms: choose abstract canvas art...
Your cart
Choose black and white canvas art by its lines, contrast and shades of grey. This collection includes figurative and abstract prints. Compare the subject and proportions with the wall you have available.
This shortlist keeps the subject clear and the palette limited. The cat silhouette draws attention to a single figure, while the architecture spreads it across several forms. Choose the subject, then compare its width and height with the free space around your furniture.

Black and white need not mean one mood. A close portrait can feel direct, a horse scene brings movement, a tiger draws on pattern and a geometric image makes structure the subject. The gallery also shows a dark network-like design and a flowing monochrome abstraction. Compare how much of each image is pale or dark, then view it at the distance of your room. These are printed designs; texture and ink-like effects in the artwork do not imply hand painting on each canvas.

A black and white image can centre geometry, a face or a landscape. These examples show how subject and orientation change a narrow palette.

Black and White Mountain is a horizontal landscape. Compare it with abstraction if you prefer a recognisable natural form to a pure pattern.
View this canvas print ↗The balance of light and dark areas shapes a monochrome abstract picture. A mostly white composition feels different from a dense black mass at the same size. Compare fine lines, geometric forms and ink-like effects. A neutral palette does not automatically blend with every other pattern in the room.
A black and white print can be strongly figurative. A face, street or mountain gives the eye a subject while grey tones connect the details. View the image from a distance before studying its finish. This selection is not limited to contemporary abstracts.
On a pale wall, dark areas stand out; on a dark wall, white parts become more visible. Wood and textiles can add warmth around the canvas. If you add a vivid accent, keep it in a few places so the composition remains readable. Compare the black density of nearby pictures too.
A dense dark print may feel stronger than a pale one of the same size. Mark actual dimensions on the wall and inspect them from several positions. A wide landscape and a vertical portrait use the space differently. The product page lists available sizes.

The image is reproduced as a print on canvas. Any brushstroke or texture effect visible in the image is part of the printed design.
The textured canvas has a matte finish and is stretched over a wooden stretcher frame. The edges are printed and hanging hardware is included. The stretcher supports the canvas; it is different from an outer decorative frame.

Compare the density of black and the type of line first. An airy design can suit a detailed room; a bolder pattern can lead a quiet wall. Then choose an orientation for the furniture.
Yes. Look at the wall light and dark areas of the image, then limit competing patterns immediately around it. Depending on the composition, it can offer a visual pause.
No. The collection also includes portraits, landscapes and other figurative subjects. Black, white and grey are the shared palette.
