Description
Black and white bands make the lighthouse unmistakable against a violet sky. Below it, low white buildings stand among rough grass and small pink flowers; a narrow line of sea runs along the horizon. This Ouessant lighthouse poster combines a firm vertical shape with expansive sunset colours. The design retains the printed place names OUESSANT and BRETAGNE.
A striped tower in a wide evening sky
The tower sits slightly left of centre, leaving space for clouds that move from coral and orange towards purple. Its small lantern glows yellow, providing a concentrated point of light above the broad bands. The lower buildings spread out at its base, grounding the tall structure within the coastal setting.
In the foreground, grasses lean across darker ground and pink flowering patches. Their finer marks contrast with the tower's clear outline. Farther away, rocks interrupt the sea's low horizon. The illustration brings together these few elements through colour and scale, with a painted surface that gives the sky as much presence as the lighthouse itself.
A vertical accent with a generous colour field
The motif suits a wall where height matters: beside a tall cabinet, above a compact console or near a reading chair. Its black-and-white structure can connect with darker furniture, while the violet and coral sky brings a more expressive layer. Keep nearby objects simple if you want the clouds to remain the main colour statement.
Viewed from a distance, the striped silhouette is easy to recognise. From a seat nearby, the flower patches, rooftops and small lantern become more noticeable. For someone attached to Brittany's islands, the image offers a view shaped by open land and sea, with the lighthouse holding its place between them.
- Upright format, width × height: 30 × 45 cm, 40 × 60 cm or 60 × 90 cm.
- Printed wording: OUESSANT / BRETAGNE.

Beau tableau inspirant. Et belle qualité de service. Merci beaucoup
The striped Créac’h tower rises above Ouessant’s rocky shoreline. Our Brittany destination posters carry the journey back towards the boats and waterfront buildings of Roscoff’s old harbour for a more sheltered coastal scene.
