Surreal ocean eye and turquoise rock pool poster

A gaze carved into the rock

The sea occupies the top of the image; below it, pale stone opens onto turquoise water. The pool seems to form an eyelid around an almost black circle. The motif first appears as a coastal landscape, then as an immense eye. A tiny red boat near the sea's edge suddenly restores a sense of scale.

In this surreal ocean eye poster, the most unsettling detail is where two depths meet: the dark sea and the luminous pool. The limestone's striations guide your gaze towards the centre, while touches of vegetation soften the shape. Nothing identifies a real place. The image lies precisely in that uncertainty between an imaginable coast and an impossible gaze.

A marine escape that holds your attention

In a living room, the poster can become the starting point for a wall in sand, stone and blue tones. The boat introduces a vivid note, small enough not to disturb the calm of the downward view. In a study, the contrast between clear water and the dark circle encourages a second look rather than a quick glance across the image.

Close up, you follow the rock's irregular contours; from farther away, the eye shape takes over again. This double reading gives the artwork presence without imposing a single explanation. It suits anyone who likes marine landscapes but wants something on their wall beyond a straightforward beach view.
