Hand and Sprouting Seed Line Drawing Poster

A tiny shoot in the palm of a large hand

An open hand fills the lower part of the image. In its centre rests a brown seed, sending up a fine stem with two olive-green leaves. The difference in scale makes the gesture clear: a very small plant held in a spacious palm. This hand and seed line drawing poster needs neither a pot nor soil. Charcoal-coloured lines trace the fingers, palm and wrist extending downwards, while the small plant remains easy to recognise. The image suggests care and a beginning without spelling out a message.

A lilac curve for a quiet study

A large lilac shape curves in from the left, passing behind the hand. Against a pale sage-green background, these two soft areas of colour keep the dark drawing clear without making it harsh. In a study, the poster offers a resting point among practical objects; in a bedroom, it works with natural materials and pale textiles. The hand catches the eye first, followed by the seed and its two leaves, giving the image an intimacy beyond a straightforward botanical motif. The drawing has no text and identifies no plant species: its character comes from the gesture, the suggestion of growth and the colours. It can stand alone or sit beside other botanical line drawings without requiring an entirely green room.
