Boho desert poster – Dunes and sun

Broad dunes in pink, ochre and dark blue overlap beneath a large ivory disc. A few dark stems emerge in the foreground. This boho dunes and sun poster evokes an imaginary desert through its coloured layers, without depicting a particular region or a time of day that could be determined from the image.

Dunes drawn in broad bands

The curves glide from edge to edge, leading the eye towards the pale background. A deep blue band contrasts with the softer pinks; below, ochre restores warmth to the landscape. The luminous disc shows no surface detail. It acts as a balancing point above the slopes.

The grasses drawn in the corners anchor the scene without making it naturalistic. From a distance, the movement of the bands is enough to recognise a landscape. Up close, you notice the textured nuances and small differences between the colours. This simplicity gives the illustrated desert a contemplative rather than spectacular quality.

A warm palette with a dark counterpoint

In a living room, the poster can accompany an ecru wall, natural materials and a few dark blue objects. In a bedroom, its curves visually soften the rhythm of straighter furniture shapes. Cool-toned wood is not excluded: the dark band creates a link between the furniture and the ochre tones of the visual.

The landscape needs no particular story. Its colours and the outlines of its dunes are the main subject, and the portrait format retains plenty of space around the disc.
