This Aphrodite canvas print by the sea forms a vertical scene in which birds, shells and flowers guide the eye without drawing attention away from the figure.

A sun-like circle behind an ivory silhouette

The composition is structured like decorative stained glass. The large luminous disc sets the profile apart, while the dark surround, the shells placed in the corners and the vegetal curves give the artwork a precise structure.
