Wireframe polyhedron poster on petrol blue

A volume drawn in blue space

A few ivory edges are enough to suggest a polyhedron. Three coral faces punctuate the open structure, while a petrol blue background leaves space around its lines. Beneath the lower point, a broad, angled yellow plane changes the balance of the image: it seems to support the volume without becoming a realistic plinth.

This polyhedron poster rests on a simple tension between fine lines and solid blocks of colour. Your eye can follow the outline of the volume, then pass through its empty spaces to the dark background. The depth is part of the drawing; the poster itself remains a flat image.

Not every edge describes the outer contour. Several lines pass behind the coloured faces, inviting you to imagine the framework of the volume. The yellow plane, by contrast, is solid, expansive and free of internal detail. This difference in scale and treatment keeps the image from reading as a technical diagram: it is a meeting between a light structure and a confident area of colour.

A precise shape in a calm interior

The deep blue suits a living room where you want a visual anchor without multiplying objects. In a study, the ivory framework keeps the composition clear even beside shelves or a sculptural lamp. Yellow gives a luminous response to the coral faces, just enough to prevent the whole image from becoming monochrome.

This almost transparent volume lets you shift your attention between its structure and the colours around it. Its geometric presence is distinct, but never closed off.
