Art Deco Lotus Poster – Coral and Ivory

The lotus opens in coral and ivory

A flower occupies almost the whole upper half of this poster. Coral petals alternate with ivory ones around a centre of drawn stamens. Deep green makes each outline stand out, while fine pale lines give the composition momentum. This Art Deco lotus poster presents the flower face-on, in almost perfect symmetry: the eye comes first to the centre, then follows the petals to the edges.

The radiating motif behind the flower extends its opening without depicting a sun or a landscape. Below, vertical bands and stepped shapes echo Art Deco's geometric vocabulary. The drawing remains floral, but its structure lends it an architectural presence that distinguishes it from a simple botanical illustration.

A centrepiece for a quiet wall

Against an ivory wall, deep green and bright coral become the room's focal point. In a living room with natural materials, the poster can accompany dark wood or an unbleached textile without losing its clear outlines. In a bedroom, the frontal form brings a measured rhythm; it catches the eye without adding visual clutter.

The vertical format suits a narrow wall, the space above a console or a position near an armchair. If you are looking for a stylised flower rather than a garden scene, this lotus offers a precise choice: a single bloom, a dense background and lines that retain their strength from a distance. The palette invites one coral accent elsewhere in the room—or you can let the poster carry that colour on its own.
